Airflow Ventures Enters Michigan with Multiple Acquisitions

R&L Heating and Cooling, Inc. and Warrior HVAC LLC join Airflow Ventures

POMPANO BEACH, Florida, December 8th, 2022 Airflow Ventures, a HVAC service company investment fund, announced today that it has entered the Michigan market with acquisitions of R&L Heating and Cooling, a Wayne County, Michigan HVAC residential service business and Warrior HVAC, an Oakland County, Michigan-based commercial and residential HVAC service company. The combined company will be led by Jeff Bates who was named President and General Manager.
