About Joe
Joe is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and HVAC service industries. Joe is a former executive of Lennox International. During his time with Lennox Joe served as the CFO of several business units including a refrigeration and cold storage manufacturer with ~$300 million in sales. He also served as the CFO of a national HVAC commercial service business (Lennox NAS) with more than 500 technicians and 100 locations nation-wide. During his 4 years at Lennox NAS, revenue grew ~25% annually to approximately $200 million while margins improved ~150 basis points.
Joe grew up in southeast Michigan. Son to a factory-worker and a nurse, Joe learned the value of hard work from his parents. From his time running his own small painting outfit Joe learned that to understand the business you need to roll up your sleeves, get on the ladder, on the roof, or in the attic and see how the real work gets done.
Joe currently serves as an advisor to several (technology) start-ups and small businesses. He has expertise in financial management, strategic planning, strategic pricing, and operations excellence. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University, a master's degree in Finance from Indiana University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Joe resides in Florida with his wife and three children.
