HVAC is my passion. I am, and I will always be a HVAC service technician. I enjoy staying up-to-date on the latest technology, and nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing my team succeed at our goals. Jeff has 15+ years of HVAC industry experience. Jeff started his career as a technician before becoming an operations manager for Lennox National Account Services where he led operations including large scale installation projects for all southeast Michigan. He has led teams from 3 to 30 service technicians, and revenues of $2 million to $20 million.
Jeff is a servant leader. He believes that if you take care of your service technicians and do the right thing for your customers that you will win. At Lennox, Jeff was a two-time winner of the coveted Top Gun Award for the best performing manager nationwide. His location led the nation in profit performance, customer service, safety, and technician retention. Under his leadership his team won the top award in the Midwest region 8 years in a row, and he was named “rookie of the year” his first year as a manager.
As a result of his success in Michigan, his location was named a flagship office – a designation given to only two managers in the nation. As a flagship manager Jeff was responsible for training new managers on the system of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and responsible for implementing best practices across the nation. Jeff was also integral in developing the company’s mobile application used by all service technicians, and operations managers nationwide.
Jeff is married, has 4 young children, and resides in southeast Michigan.
